Lots of good info on EEC-IV control systems (for Contours, this is only 1995) at:
http://www.dalidesign.com There is a code lookup table (2 and 3 digit codes). The "free sample" pages also included EEC-IV introduction and basic test overview.
I havenâ??t had O2 sensor problems on my Contour (yetâ?¦), so I did some quick searching. Interesting info:

Oxygen sensors are practically a tune-up item at that age; Iâ??d replace them if thereâ??s any hint of a problem.
You might also try the engine-running test (look at the â??TESTâ? section at dalidesign), but I suspect theyâ??ll just confirm the O2 sensor codes.
The 519 code is for your power steering pump. Have you had power steering problems? If not, it may just be a bad pressure sensor.
