Well I think I have got it down being I had the turbo setup for over a year now. I will say that bogging the motor by dropping the clutch just kills your launch. It seems like it just floods the motor all at once and when the turbo really hits it just slamms the tires into a bad spin. I use to to slip the clutch before but since I made a soild motor mount on the rear I have no wheel hop at all. I now just launch at about 3000 rpms with slow clutch release but using only half throttle and one the cars tires catches up with the rpm from spinning. i then stomp it down the tires by this point are hot and sticky. I enter second gear spinning but the tires pull so darn hard even spinning that just about any car will not leave me by then. I hit third but with my azenis are on it just bangs hard with no spin. after this the car just accelerates ridiciousily fast.
This is the first winter I had my car running properly and with street tires I can just stomp on the gas in third and the tires break loose at 5k which is just amazing at speeds over 70. I am currently running 13 psi and I think my EGT letting me know that this is my limit without my water injection. Hope this helps some but you must let your tires spin somewhat throught the first two gears this allows you to use your power. Good luck you should breaks 12's with me soon.
