Edit: OK, the oil cap on the 3L front valve cover hits the hood like demon said. I'd almost bet that it would sit over the 2.5L's cap or not fit at all, and then there is the hood clearance issue ontop of that....bummer.
This big A$$ lump in my hood may be good for something after all...probably not
