Correct. Then go to AutoZone/Pep Boys and ask for "710 fluid".

A lien simply emans thatyou don't own the vehicle so if you default on your payment that company can take the vehicle back. Example you leased an F-150 ad decided not to make your payments, well since the finance company ownes that vehicle still they come and take it from you. Thats why when you finish paying off a vehicle you recieve a release of lien notice from the financial institution.

Speaking of which...if someone were to buy it at the asking price they'd have to put a pretty heafty cash down payment in order to finance that car...no bank would loan that much over book value if at all. Of course this auction is probably geared towards hard-core collectors that have the cash lying around while searching for these rare priceless beasts

EMISSION INSPECTION 03/30/2004 WASHINGTON, PA Motor Vehicle Dept. REGISTRATION EVENT/RENEWAL
Actually, doesn't look too bad.
The dates with mileage from CARFAX match up with the Emissions dates here (from prev. post):
06/23/2000 10 05/26/2001 203 06/04/2002 546 04/29/2003 829
Additionally, it looks like it could have been a 2 year lease, followed by the owner buying it with a loan. Notice that the Title Number does not change from 2000 to 2002. To me, this would suggest only a change in the title, not a new title.

We have (2) turbo'd CSVT's here in MI that would beat that car, not to mention Jims turbo'd 3.0L SE. Hell, I'd put money on John's (5speed3.0SE) to atleast hang with that car, come on now ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/troutslap.gif) As far as the mileage, well, it could've sat somewhere for a real long time, yeah, that or the mileage could've been rolled back, you just never know with something like this. All I know is this, the person has never heard of the CEG, thats for sure

checked out the oasis too and im gonna hafta agree with mark. that mileage cant be far off. when the car was sold, the oasis showed no mileage entry so it is my assumption that he's in at the dealership and maybe they used it as an attraction or something to do with the dealership. who knows. we've got a 96 stang with 16000 mi. and modded to the gill. only goes to shows and special events. oasis shows clean title and no esp so im sayin legit
