Actually, doesn't look too bad.
The dates with mileage from CARFAX match up with the Emissions dates here (from prev. post):
Additionally, it looks like it could have been a 2 year lease, followed by the owner buying it with a loan. Notice that the Title Number does not change from 2000 to 2002. To me, this would suggest only a change in the title, not a new title.
