I think there are 3 different types of injectors and the associated fuel calibrations:
1. up to 98.5
2. 98.5 to 99
3. very late 99 models and 2000 (green colour)
I had some CEL/MAF problems relating to the wrong calibration being used for my Proflow MAF, and as it turned out, although my car is considered a 1999 model year, being an August 1999 manufacture date, it is actually has the 2000 model year calibration.
