Hey all, I was looking through the BAT catalog this evening, and I am thinking of doing some tune-up things on my car... it's a 1997 Contour V6. BAT sells replacement Motorcraft 17 lb. fuel injectors, but according to the description they are only for 1998 and up Contours. Is there a difference between the injectors used in the 98+ engines and in the ones used in mine?
I would like to replace the injectors when I do this stuff, but that's a high-ticket item from a dealership or even from an auto parts store, especially when there's 6 of them. The BAT offer is so much better. Just wondering if there is a major difference and should I use these on my engine? Thanks. Any EDUCATED responses welcome please.
