Usually 3 full driving cycles.
Make sure to use the defrost as well so it can learn that. (i.e. A/C on)
There is actually a set procedure for relearning (in 1 cycle) but it's long and I'm not typing it all out.  
I need to do that! Evertime I use my defrost, my car almost dies, makes sense.
