Did you get your car at Dahl or Reynolds? I basically laughed at the salesguy at Dahl when he tried to charge me a $350 "SVT franchise fee" above the x-plan price and went and bought my Contour at Reynolds. The guy at Reynolds (Ron Peacock) was ok, but they tried to give me grief when I wanted my hood repainted because of the crease above the latch. Finally got it painted for free though...haven't been back since.
