The thing is that we need a wagon (dog needs a place of it's own and the soon to come baby needs extra space for all the things you need to have around them)...
Any thoughts about that?
thanx a lot
Lots of excellent reasons to buy a new V70, but are you really prepared for the maintenance costs of a 6 year old vehicle that's out of warranty?
Just for comparison' sake - check out a new Focus wagon or one that's a year old.
The interior volume is reasonably close to the Volvo and maintenance won't be an issue. What's even better is that for less than $390 / month (taxes in, no money down) you can get a full load including heated leather, heated mirrors, traction control, power moonroof, 6-pack CD, side air bags, auto, foglights, LATCH system, keyless entry, keyless remote start, tinted windows, etc, etc.
Fuel economy's pretty good, decent power, it'll tow 1000 lbs, you can get a 5-speed and save a grand, and my wife can vouch for how easy it is to haul two small kids and all their stuff. And it's comes with the bumper to bumper warranty.
Just my two cents, but just what a young family needs IMO.
