When I mention the type of car I drive I never say "CONTOUR SVT" because I am more likely to be interrupted in that spilt second by a negative remark about my car. Instead I say SVT...(a pause)...CONTOUR. This way it helps for them to understand its a SVT of a Contour. After that I explain how rare and different it is from a regular Contour. Not to insult for those with a regular Contour, however. Even though I still have the stock emblems people still approaches to me from time to time asking what kind of car is it and whats under the hood at a gas station or such. Most ricers dont realize what Im driving until they see my tailights
