Greg, what 'oval port' 3.0Ls do you refer too? The only two I cna think off the top of my head that have gone that route is yourself, and JaTo(IIRC). I just don't count your build up as a 'normal' one with your knowledge and tools at your disposal ;-).
Anywho, if you need a chip, my advice would be to throw the car on a dyno (if available) and get the a/f read as well, and send that to ADC for a chip. As greg said, unless your planning adding some kind of FI, 19's will suffice.
