I'm not surprised and this is confirmation of a growing concern I've had. Add this to the F-150, the Explorer fiasco etc. etc. To make matters worse, I think dealer quality has slid too. My reaction: Our household fleet was four Fords (Like many here I've been a Ford man). I traded one out recently for an import. Love the import car, no quality issues and the dealer is a refreshing change. Over next 12 -18 months I'll replace two of the three remaining Fords, again with imports. I feel rotten about this, but not as stongly as I feel betrayed by Ford.
Too bad Quality is Job 1 has ended being nothing more than a passing phase.
