I remember DemonSVT saying that Winter time fuel will lower your gas millage a bit....that might also be somthing you want ot consider.....
Faulty o2 sensors, bad fuel filter, leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter and a UIM & LIM cleaning.

Cold air means more dense air, more air going into enigine. Inturn, computer wants correct air/fuel mixture so it adds more gas. Man I hate my gas milage during winter in northern MN. Stupid average temp of 0 in january.

I'm with your Dad on this one
Sometimes these aftermarket air filters release some little 'fuzzies' which end up in the MAF and messing up its calibration, or people over oil the aftermarket air filter and contaminate the MAF with filter oil.
And then they put their stock intake back on and 'prove' to their Dad that, "See, it does it with the original air filter, too!"
Cut the guy some slack - he might just be smarter than you give him credit for.

I'm going to check the problem with brakes sticking this afternoon. The thing I'm confused with is that if my brakes were stuck would that not make the car sqeak like there is no tomorrow? My car also accelerates pretty darn fast still. So we'll see about that.
I don't beleive the idle is set to high either. Start up it hits 1.4-1.5k but idles down to .9 or 1k after about 30 seconds.
I haven't check tire pressure lately, will do that that too, but I did use tire cleaner on them last weekend and didn't notice what would look like a low tire. Also checked the tread because up coming snow season. Tread wear was really even.
be following up shortly have to change classes in 2 minutes, and I forgot other questions.
Oh and yes I know gas mileage will go down in winter, but getting 15.8 mpg is a concern.

Haha okay done with classwork,
No, the only wing I have is the stock one on the sport.
I can get a volt meter from the physic depart. here at school. anyone have a pic of where the upperstream, if i'm right, o2 sensor is? I might be able to find it in the hanes manual.
Let me know if there is anything I missed. I'll probably be back on tonight after school, lifting and checking the whole brakes stuck possibility.
Thanks for the help so far.
I also go get to look at a 95 torn apart today afterschool if I have time to get to a local auto shop. Its the Duratec with its trans being rebuilt! Just remembered it now. haha Hopefully they won't have it done by the time I get there.
Also how can I tell if the fuel filter is bad. I don't think changing that is something I can do on my own, nor do I really trust myself messing with my gas lines.

Guys I didn't have time to get there...
Might be going tomorrow, maybe it won't be together.
It will depend on what they are working on.
Anyway, Did jack the car up. I have a questions, are the jack points on the side skirts suppose to have guards or stoppers? Mine doesn't but there is a hole to put one in I think. I ended up using a wood block...the rear tires did spin though. So one more possibility down.
Next one is maybe to take it to the garage tomorrow and ask their opinion. I get paid friday so I might make the trip out to autozone and see if they can test it with the OBD sensor. Then that could rule out the o2 sensor.
If its not that, it will be time to the big pain as far as I'm concerned and I'll have to get the plugs changed. So I don't know what will be worse.

Update:
Hoping to get to Autozone today. As far as it looks I'm good to go. I gonna go today and see if it is the o2 sensor. If it is I'm gonna run around and get prices on them. If I'm gonna get it from Autozone I'll go back tomorrow (Friday) and order it.
