May I recommend Fishback Rd. on the west side of Eagle Creek Res? Pretty deserted, no cops... lots of switchbacks, but be careful, b/c the road is narrow and there are a few blind corners!
There are a couple other random country rds that shoot off of there that are great as well... I loved thrashing my 'tour around thru there!
