I got the same notification. It's for a class action suit against Ford for the 10 or 12 years that they put the TFI module in most (not all) Ford cars and trucks. My '86 Ranger was plagued with TFI problems - must have replaced it 5 times in its 380K miles. If you had a vehicle from model year '83? to '95 in the past, that's why you got the notice. They're asking how many modules you replaced (you had to use Motorcraft replacements) and who did it and info like that. Maybe there's a reembursement. Last time there was any news on this, Ford wouldn't do anything about it if your vehicle had over 100K miles on it. I probably won't see a dime.
