I passed the Colorado rolling emissions test with flying colors w/gutted pre-cats and a SHOShop Y-pipe w/hi flow cat. As far as a visual test, there is not much room to see if you have headers when looking from above. From below they can be seen, but they don't really stand out that much like on a Honda or something along those lines. HTH
