Our 95 Contour has a few pieces missing in the driver's side ventilation that enables one to swivel it up or down to direct the air coming out of it. There are 3 horizontal pieces that are out of alignment or have fallen out of place but it seems as if the hinge part of in the plastic rail that supports the horizontal pieces has cracked off.
my question is I'm not sure if i do need a full dash trim or is that particular internal part replaceable? would i be able to allocate just that particular part(s) from a wrecker? or would i need to just get a hold of the entire trim?
I will attach a picture shortly as i will go back into the garage to take a picture. TIA
appreciate

The individual pieces are not avaliable. You need to replace the entire trim piece that surrounds the instrument cluster.
If you remove the cluster you can inspect the broken pieces to see if you can fugure out a way to repair them, but it isn't likely that you can.

Thanks Big Jim
The only other option was too see if i can just remove the fins/blades that have already broken off but are still hanging on from one side, i'll live with the fact that i won't be able to adjust the air flow up or down on driver side but still retain left to right adjustment.
Anyway, how easy is it to remove the trim? where do i search for the snap in, or screw/bolt in points?
sorry, if the questions have been hashed over, but i tried SEARCH but found no how to's.

It isn't hard to remove. There are about three screws pointing upward from the speedo area and some of the lower trim must be poped out for access to some lower screws. It has been a while so I don't remember the exact details.
