Which is heavier, Zetec or Duratec? I think I have read/heard that the Zetec is because it's cast iron. Anyone know for sure?

I always thought the zetec was a bit lighter and hense why it feels a little more nible then a duratec car and had a slightly better turning radius

Another reason I think the zetec is heavier is because the H&R springs for both have the same part number, but a differen't sized drop in the front.......

By different sized do you mean, it doesn't have as low as a drop as a v6 hence heavier or do you mean it doens't drop as much meaning it's lighter...?

Oops, I must have been looking at it wrong. There are different amounts of drop for the 95/96 and the 97+. It doesn't show a different spring for a 4cyl and the V6.........sorry, I had a brain fart

Turning radius is controlled by the rack and steering stops.
The engine weights for either engine are very close.

And probably highest likelyhood to roll over. I'd still drive one though.
