Having bought one of the few Contour SVT's on the east coast, I can tell you that you won't find one out there
. I watched them all come in at the local dealership, and I could likely count them all on one hand (OK.. maybe a couple of hands).
I am not sure if it is just a simple bolt in application - whether you plug in the cluster and it says hey.. a Canadian cluster. I would be curious to know what happens.
On a side note.. I got used to the outer ring of my Cobra reading miles/hour - as I imported it from the US. Kind of annoying at first, but I got used to it pretty quickly.
BTW, is there an SVT dealership in Halifax yet?
