It depends on what you want out of it, and how much you want to spend....if you have no budget:
Video Card- ATi RADEON x800 XT Platinum
Sound Card- Creative Audigy2 Platinum
Monitors- I am not good with telling people about touch screen monitors, I have never wanted one, but as for 15" ones, I kinda like NEC/Mitsubishi.
If you have a budget:
Video Card- ATi RADEON 9800 Pro
Sound Card- Creative Audigy2
As for memory, I like Kingston, Crucial, and Mushkin, but another one that I have had mixed results with is Corsair.
