Welcome! That door chime thing is because the sensor in the door is likely corroded. Mine does it to. However the passenger doors are worse. When they open them the dome light usually wont come on. I have been meaning to clean those sensors for ever!
Yeah... though only the driver's plunger not popping out to turn the light on on the one... unless something has changed 
Regular cleaning and lubrication while working the button helps... when it starts sticking... time for another round.
