well....this sucks going over the new nys emissions inspection rule&regs....not looking good unlike pa there's no 5000mile rule,you either pass or fail,and if you fail you pay. and since my cel has been on since the day i bought the car from the ford dealership(they could never figure it out???) i might have to get rid of her if this is the case i'll have lots of stuff to get rid of....
