Where at in Illinois? If you're near St. Louis you can drive it over to my house and I'll help you change it in my garage. I live in west St. Louis county.
I thought someone at work told me Illinois doesn't have an emissions test.
Cetain areas don't have emissions test....I live in the Chicago suburbs.
