I need to know so I can get it done soon. Thanks. Yes, the IAC will cause the very problem you're having. As I said in an earlier post, mine did the exact same thing as you described. IAC fixed it. Good luck. '99 Sport TropicGreen,Duratec, SVT exhaust, Brembo rotors, Ceramic pads, K&N filters(oil & air), Alpine CDM7874, Polk DB570 speakers front and rear. Fog light mod. 50% Formula One tint.
