BMW's are assembled in the states, but the majority of parts are Germany (adverage of 80%) and an adverage of 5% American and the other 15% is from a host of onther countries.....So NO!!! BMW is not an American...also, the majority of BMW's are imported....the North Carolina plant only produces about 25%-35% of the BMW's in the UNited States.
