Hi guys, just wanted your input on a quick question. My sister has expressed that she wants to buy an American car next time she buys one, because she wants to support our manufacturing economy. A few people have told her that "American? You kidding me, all the parts are made overseas!" As far as I know, the majority of GM, Chrysler, and Ford parts are made in America (with some exceptions, i.e. Equinox Chinese engine). Am I right in assuming most American cars are made of American made parts? Thanks for the insight.
