Probably not..
#1 Worst would be the stock exhaust manifolds with precats/short "log style" runners/awful crush L bent "elbo"
#2 the forward "crush" Y-pipe
#3 resonator or main cat (close)

#5 Rear mufflers (there are 2 so that while they are restrictive, they each get only half the flow)
#6 Rear Y or the 2.25" diameter itself which may slow flow after 1-6 are taken care of.

However, the flow velocity reduction is cumulative. Improving any aspect above helps exhaust velocity (and power) even if other restrictions remain...if not, adding a catback or Y-pipe to with stock manifolds would never add power and they clearly do (about 10+ FWHP for both with stock manifolds).
