my Sport A2's have lasted near 30k and the wear is perfect on them, well more like 25 as I ran snow tires last year
when I think BFGoodrich I think muscle cars not a performance sedan
my father just got some Bridgestone Potenza G009's, haven't gone on the car yet but they look like a good tire and are rated at 50k
as for finding a tire, go to tirerack and use the desision guide, and pick what brands you like and the tire type, then look for specific contour owner reviews, i say look for specific reviews since many people don't make wise picks for tires on the car, they get a tire and expect what they are not out of the tire
if you want a good snow tire get snow tires, all season tires will be fine the first winter but each following winter they will be worse then before
