I have been set back about 1.5 weeks due to the blistering cold we had in MI two weeks ago which made working in the garage on these things, not an option. Also adding Xmas, and New Years to it also held me back. I hope to finish all these by the end of next week at the latest. Sorry for the dealys.

Can't wait to get my oval + mesh! I'll have the same problem here though w/ the cold when it comes time to install. May have to wait till March or so to install the bumper mesh(s), but the oval is going back on the day I get it

I finally got the mesh in as I had to order it. The problem is that the diamond shape openings as twice as big as the priginal grills I used to make. It still looks good, but of course I want to check that everyone is OK with that. Please let me know!

Hmmm... Can we maybe see a pic? It might look kind of odd with the larger openings...

It's kinda the same size as the stock mesh's openings, except diamond shaped rather than square, like stock. I'll take a pic and see if I can post it here.

Sounds like it will be like the Fiesta RS mesh that was posted in another thread.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

OK, I found the pic of the Fiesta, and yeah it's kinda like that size, but the Fiesta mesh is funky, not diamond shape. Looking at that pic makes me feel a lot better, it looks quite good in that size. I'll go take a pic of the mesh I have and come back and post it.

Finding out about the mesh being the wrong stuff gives my butterflies. The one thing that i do not want from this mesh is it to be see through. Now knowing that the holes will be bigger kinda makes me nervous but what other choice do we have Just go with it...
