Can't wait to get the new mesh in! Oh yeah, what's the easiest way to pop the clips off of the bumber mesh? They seem to have a really good grip!!

Do we have to ship the ovals in a box big enough for all 3 grills to be shipped back... (Probably). Or do you possibly have a correct size box for shipping?

Actually i just did this same mod with expanded stainless steel. You can order it from McmasterCarr, mcmaster.com just type expanded steel or steel mesh and all kinds of perforated metals will show up. I used half-hard aluminum i think u can get a 4x4 sheet of expanded aluminum for 50 bucks. you can do the oval, bottom front bumper and rear bumper with the same sheet and still have some left over maybe about 40% of it. you just need 4x4 for the long pieces.
but its nice that some one is willing to do all the cutting for you.

I shipped my oval in a small box ( just big enough for the oval itself), hopeully that's not a problem???

So we have 4 people that sent them in correct? Okay so stazi said that we need 5 or it doesnt go through. Well i have procrastinated enough and tomorrow is the deadline. Mine will be sent out tomorrow.
