this will never work. you cannot make someone get better. many drugies are too weak to change when they want to much less change because you want them to. i have quite a bit of experience dealing with drugs and drugies. from this i have seen that forced treatment programs are seen as a shorter incarceration.

maybe, maybe not. what does work is putting the fear of god into them. i have seen this done. a beautiful sight indeed.
