I'm not sure about the radiator support or the actual bumper, but I would think all you need to swap out is the fenders, hood, HL's, grill and bumper cover. 2005 Ford F150 SuperCab FX4 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS 1998 CSVT: 354HP/328TQ @ 10 psi, now gone
