I think you mean Nitrous Oxide, not "Nitro". Nitro is Nitromethane, the fuel used in Funny Cars & Top Fuel laugh

How nitpicky can we get? Come on, cut some slack.
100 hp is actually kind of hard w/ our cars. Due to the small displacement and high hp/cc displacement already, it is hard to make that much of an improvement w/o using forced induction. If that is your only goal then I would say S/C is the way to go. And exhaust. And ignition (chip, fuel injectors). And engine (UDP, extrude honing heads). And drivetrain (flywheel, clutch).
Catch the drift?

First thing to get 100 HP is to take steps TOWARD it and not AWAY from it.

From what I see here - two 15's and 3 amps and 1 heavy box is NOT the way to go. Adds a lot of weight.

You may want to read up on the 3.0L conversion that some of lucky b*st*rds wink laugh are doing! Then the normal mods - exhaust, filter, maf, etc.... there is a ton of info on this site! Too much to list in this one post but I think the majority of your "100" horsepower that you're looking for without Nitrous or the S/C should be the 3.0L conversion.

Later! laugh

Stickers!!! Can't forget them... wink

Seriously though...

Nitrous is the cheapest way. Once installed ($500-2000) all you pay for is refilling it (well maybe it's not that cheap)
Okay skip Nitrous I hate it anyway... laugh

Turbo or S/C - Both over 3k... (not installed)
Always on power. Turbo would be my choice. Either wait for Chris or build your own kit...

Sorry Moe, I just see too much anymosity. Not the way to make friends. laugh
Removing weight has nothing to do with adding horsepower. Maybe he needs the extra horsepower to move the extra weight. I know I'm not getting rid of my system!
