Okay, it looks like the 10Ω resistor fakes out the PCM line pressure sensor and makes it make the tranny put out more pressure. I don't think that is a good idea on the 95-96 CD4E's since they have a problem with blowing gaskets. Maybe 97+ trannys should be fine. I wonder what kind of torque we would have to be at in order to start worrying about tranny slippage. Maybe we could get a 10Ω pot to play with and see how she feels? Hmmm.....
