I agree somewhat with Charlie...it just looks like some of the pictures are more scenic and belong in a nature or photographic calendar...not a performance car enthusiasts' group calendar I think SVT Pete did an awesome job and I appreciate all the work as well, but the CEG calendar I have in my office now gets a "WOW!!, That's a Contour?" comment every month...this year's wouldn't get the same response.

Glad everyone likes the calanders. I am also stunned that my image made a cover none the less! Large props to Pete and everyone else on their work on this project.
I will not be able to order any of the calenders anytime soon, so I was wondering how long they will be avaliable?

I understand where you are coming from - I can take constructive criticism. There was no need to single out individual CEGers' pics and call them "weak". That was rude and uncalled for.
Let me explain all the factors:
1. No disrespect to this year's pics, but there were very few "WOW!" pics this year compared to last year - there were a lot of very good pics.
2. I wanted to get a variety of: colors, pre-98/98+, SVT/non-SVT, stock-mild-wild, etc. By doing so in a 12 month calendar, it would have left out many very good pics of SVTs.
3. In addition, a 12 month calendar with just the "best" pics would have limited the calendar to almost all SVTs. That's why I stretched it out to 2 calendars w/ 24 pics. Think about how many complaints/unhappy people there would hgave been if the calendar was 11 SVTs and 1 non-SVT.
4. A few members that had really nice pics just did not have any in high resolution. A perfect example is 96BlackSE who had at least 2-3 pics that were calendar worthy, but since all he had were 800 x 600, none of his pics could be included.
5. No pics from some of the best looking CEGers such as PhatSVT, OutLawdSVT, deanjoyce, dion, Qwk98SVT and Speed Demon. All of these guys have great looking cars and really know how to take pics, but unfortunately had none to submit for 2005.
6. Last year I chose all the pics in the calendar. I wanted CEG to be more involved in the process and the 24 pics that received the most picks by the 6 CEG panelists/judges made it in the calendar.
If you want to criticize the calendar, start a new thread or PM me. There's no need to do that here as I specifically asked people not to do.
I hope this clarifies and puts this matter to rest.

It's cool, and I am glad you guys got two calendars but I wish there weren't any duplicates so someone else could have a chance to be in it. Don't ask me where just look at the cal.

I'm still trying to buy ... but they have to validate my card with my bank's address apparently.

If ya look closely at the pics on the website , it shows names on each pic . I'd have to assume that they're there on the calendar pics .

I just ordered my calenders, the selection looks great, thanks for taking the time to assemble and arrange it Pete. I have to admit, when I bought my car I had no idea there was this network I'd be hooked up into.
