I know someone who got one concerning his long lost grandfather who had $25 million that needed to get to him becuase he was the only known living relative. The funny thing was the last name was different by two letters and this was of course not his long lost relative. He just needed his personal info and bank account info.
For awhile he actually thought about contacting the guy until a few people warned about the scam. But, there is probably some fool out there who fell for it.
