The hoods are in Cali. I maybe able to save on shipping if a group of ya in the same area would all like a hood.
As far as whats wrong. Pretty much all defects are beneith the clearcoat. There little twists in the fabric. Its perfect if you planned on painting. But may still look just fine if you don't.
