It's called camera perspective dopey. 
The fish was closer to the camera than the diver was. Looking at that photo and taking it literally would suggest that the tuna was longer than a human is tall - that'd be the largest tuna in the world!

An average blue fin tuna grows to about 6 feet and 300 lbs - the bigger ones get up to 9 ft and 1,200 lbs - might not be all camera angle.
