Not a chance you'll fit the filter inside the fender without massive work. The triangular opening is way too small. It's necessary to crush 3 inch OD pipe/duct to be able to draw air from the stock location. Best of luck!

I fit a 3.5 through. I'm not gonna lie I had to do a little cutting. It is going to be 2 piece mandrel bent with Jet hot coating. Carbon fiber is a bit too much considering the expense already invested.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

This sounds sweet....Might want to talk to StreetConcepts about CF, if you still want to do that. -How soon will these be available? -How much are we talking? Can't wait to see pictures! Its great of you to get the dyno #'s, I'm sure that will be very helpfull! This is sounding more interesting by the min.  Good work

Kaiser - definately interested to see how this works out. Will this include a filter or no? Quick question: if you had to cut to fit a 3.5" pipe, could cutting be avioded by using a 3" pipe? Like Justin asked, how much? when? pics?
