I found this interesting clock in a thrift store. It's clearly made to be mounted in the dashboard of some kind of vehicle. The markings appear to be in Russian. Can anyone tell me what they mean? The character hidden behind the hands of the smaller clock face at the top is the same pi-like character that appears between the O and the E shortly afterward.
