I did e-mail him... I also found the zipcode of Brighton, MI. The problem is that on UPS's webpage, the max weight for a package is 150lbs, and max over volumn is 130 cu. in. The spec the seller gave was well over the max anyway.

It's at $305 right now... not worth it for a non rebuildable engine when you can get a good core 3 liter block with damaged heads cheaper. I'm out of the bidding...
