Don't feel bad about how long it takes to put a post in this area, I started coming to the CEG website back in '97 or '98, can't remember. Anywho, my red SVT is in the North Hills area, I had to get rid of my '87 Mustang after we had the third kid (to tell you the truth it had to much power for the wife and she got her undergrad from the state penn). I got the SVT new in SC on Air Force buisness and have had it in NJ and now back home to the 'burgh. I know how you feel about the 'stang since that was my first new car and I got it out of pilot training. The SVT is more relaxed and a better family car (though my Acura MDX is the family truckster). Well I love my little SVT and I've had my turn at the family Porshe Boxter S, Honda S2000, Volkswagen R32, or even my brothers highly modified '86 Stang. All those family cars and I'm still in my '98 SVT with 86,000 miles that are all mine. I didn't post here on CEG till there was a problem no one could fix but some Contour people that have been around the block and seen it for themselves. So if you see a red SVT give me a wave and I'll do the same. My wife and I are both from the east side of the 'burgh and went to the same highschool (Churchill now Woodland Hills). Our parents both still live there so you may see me down there also!

'98 SVT #1838 of 6535, every mile's mine! That makes no one to blame but me.

Ya i love my 89 Stang...its got about 93,000 on er now. Its been sitting in the garage now for about 4 years while I was away at school. When I graduated in August I figured I'd be needing another car b/c the Stang is a sled on wet pavement, i can just imagine what it would be like w/ just a light dusting of snow. So low and behold i bought my SVT, for a winter/every day car. Figured if I'm going to spend the $ i want something nice w/ some go to it. Got only 56,000 on it so it will last me a while. I love my SVT too. Its totoally dfferent compared to my Stang. My stang is like balls to the wall fury where the SVT is a more luxury cruiser w/ some get up and go whenever you want it. I like the SVT b/c you can drive it like a normal car or you can go fast and have fun w/ it. Anyway Im starting to ramble lol. I also grew up here in the 'burgh in South Park. Graduated from Seton La Salle H.S. (97-98 Ice Hockey State Champs )

If i see a T-Red I'll def wave..as a matter of fact any SVT i see at this point I'll wave. They are a rare breed indeed here in the burgh

Go Stillers!
