The only adjustment you can do to the rear wheels is to set the toe. I suspect you have a camber problem, but there is no adjustment for the camber. Now, I maybe wrong on this, but I believe that defective struts will cause a bad camber setting. If so, the struts could be the problem, rather than the toe alignment.

When I bought my mystique, I was having the same problem, and new struts solved the big majority of the problem.
