ATI screwed me over on a rebate for a free copy of this. My graphics card included a mail-in rebate for HL2. After I hadn't heard anything about it for 3 months I emailed them.
Without going into a lot of details we disagreed on what I had sent them versus what they had on file. I finally asked them to remove me from their customer list and I would remove ATI from any future purchase consideration when it is time for another upgrade.
I can get a copy of the game from a co-worker (I was entitled to an original copy anyway) but I will no longer support any ATI products.
