IMO, for $3200 all you'll get is a probably underengineered Vortech kit, that is far from reliable... And taht's it... This is what *I* would do w/ $3200...
1. KKM & heatshield - $170
2. TB & MAF & S-AFC - $550
3. MSDS headers - $600
4. custom true dual cat-back - $500 inc. labor
5. Accusump - $350
6. electric water pump - $350
7. plugs and wires - $75-$150
8. Quaife - $600

Total = cca. $3300+ labor on whatever you can't install yourself.
That'll get you through the season, then you can go ahead and do the 3.0 swap next winter, along w/ a new clutch.
