I replaced the main cat and muffler with high flow magnaflows. Lots of compliments from the mechanics there - they loved the sound. Also lots of compliments from the guys for modding a contour. Something they haven't seen before. Due in 2005 = 2002,2000,1998,1996 A Drive Clean Pass is valid for one year from the date of issue. It must be valid on the expiry date of the licence plate. I remember when I was much younger that there were so many cars on the road that were pretty much held together by duct tape. You don't see that as much anymore and I beleive that is in part as a result of this program. Not that the full intent of the program is to get the ugly vehicles off the road but it seemed to have that effect IMHO.
