I did some searches for an answer to this question but I can't find anything specific so I'm wondering if any law gurus on here might know:
If a married woman want to have an abortion is she legal required to have her husband's consent to do it? Just something this sociology class made me wonder and I have no definitive answer for it.

Guess it won't help you much, but in England a male has no say in whether a female has an abortion ~ it is totally her choice...

Freak, are you taking that Sociology class from CCAF too? My husband is taking it here on our base.
To answer your question, I am not completely sure, but I don't think the woman is required to tell him.

well, I seem to recall that it's pretty much the woman's choice (not sure, don't quote me), but honestly, if she wants to abort the man's child and doesn't even want to talk about the issue, would you really still wanna be with that woman? I mean, even if you convinced her to keep it, I'd have some doubts about that relationship working
as for "Oops, I knocked her up and I wanna keep the baby"...well, if she aborts, she's a snarling female dog IMHO, but what can you expect from a one night stand?

A wife is the property of her husband, clearly he has the final say in what happens to her body, including abortion. The answer is clear.

i agree 99%. the only part that i disagree with(in bold) is in calling a female who would abort a child without even consulting the father a woman. such a female is an immature little girl pretending to be an adult.
