It does sound like Chris' car. I think he had a CEG sticker in that spot. The car should have had a white strip on it as well unless someone took it off.
Yes he had the things over the windows. YOu can buy them at Canadian Tire and also other stores that sell that kind of thing. Most places that sell bug defecltors should have them. They do help for keeping rain and stuff out and being able to have some air in the car too.
