Since you have no speeds we know it's not the Blower Resister pack.
The new switch could have gone bad again?
Check the Relays & Fuses in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.
There is a large feed wire from the interior fuse panel to the blower. It is red with two wires in it I think? These wires are bad about burning out and not allowing the blower to work.
However, you said that after jumping the wires it works so it's not this wire. And that would say it's something to do with the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.
I don't have the diagram information on your car so you might need to do some searching or buy a good book.
